MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (PLACEHOLDER - REPLACE WITH COUNSEL-APPROVED TEXT) Project: Paper Machine 3 Press and Dryer Section Rebuild Client: Demo Paper Mill 1. Confidential Information means all drawings, specifications, schedules, cost and commercial data, photographs, process information, equipment data and any other information about the Client or the Project that the signer receives through this platform or on site. 2. The signer will use Confidential Information only to perform work on the Project, will not disclose it to anyone who has not signed this agreement, and will not copy, photograph or remove it except as the work requires. 3. On request, or when the signer's work on the Project ends, the signer will return or destroy Confidential Information in their possession. 4. These obligations continue for the period set by the Client's contract or, if none, five (5) years after the signer's last access. 5. The signer confirms they have authority to sign for themselves and, where named, for their company. This placeholder is for setting up the platform only and is not legal advice. Replace it with the Client's NDA or text approved by counsel before anyone signs.
