Safety comes first on this project. Every pre-task plan, permit, inspection, corrective action, incident, stop-work and toolbox talk is recorded here with who entered it. Anyone may stop work. Safety reports stay open to every field supervisor at all times.
Anyone may stop work they believe is unsafe, without penalty. Record it here. Work restarts only when a PM, construction manager or superintendent releases it with what was fixed.
