Your scope page (contractors)
A contractor sees only their own scope page: missed dates to explain, pay applications and back-charges.
Explain a missed date
- Missed dates needing your explanation lists each activity that passed or slipped its finish.
- Write why the date was missed, pick a cause, give a recovery date and recovery plan, attach photos, tickets or emails.
- Press Submit explanation. The lead accepts it or queries it.
Pay applications
- Under Pay applications use Submit the next application: work completed to date (cumulative) and materials stored on site.
- A claim over the contract sum is refused.
Back-charges
- Back-charges for errors on this scope lists each notice. Accept it, or Dispute it with your answer and documents.
