Signing in, two-step and work accounts
How to sign in, set up the code from your phone and use your Microsoft or Google work account.
- Open the platform's web address. You get the Sign in page.
- If your company uses work accounts, press 'Sign in with Microsoft work account' or 'Sign in with Google work account'.
- Otherwise type your email and password and press Sign in.
- You can only sign in once the administrator has added you. Ask them if you get 'Email or password is wrong'.
- Five wrong tries locks the email for 15 minutes.
Two-step sign-in (code from your phone)
- Open your name at the top right, then Two-step sign-in (or go to /account/mfa).
- Install an authenticator app on your phone (Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, 1Password or similar).
- Scan the code on the screen with the app and type the 6-digit code it shows.
- Write down the 8 recovery codes and keep them safe. Each works once if you lose your phone.
- From then on you enter a code from the app after your password.
- New phone and no recovery codes left? Ask the administrator to reset it, then set it up again.
Administrators and PMs must set this up before they can open anything. Work-account sign-in uses your company's own two-step instead.
Staying signed in
- A screen left unused for a while (2 hours unless your company set otherwise) signs you out. Sign in again.
- Press Sign out at the top right when you finish on a shared computer or phone.
- Change your password under your name at the top right.
