Safety training and OSHA cards

Take the knowledge checks

1. Press My training at the top of any page.
2. Read the Study notes, then Start the check. OSHA 10: 25 questions. OSHA 30: 40 questions, at least 25 at supervisor depth. Pass the OSHA 10 check first.
3. The pass mark is 70%. Your marked answers and a printable record stay under Your attempts.

These checks are internal knowledge checks only. They do not give you a DOL OSHA card. Official cards come only from an OSHA-authorized Outreach trainer or authorized online provider.

Record your official card

1. Under Official cards press Add a card: card number, issue date, provider, expiry, and a scan or photo.
2. A PM, CM or superintendent checks it. It counts once it is verified.

Deadline

1. You have 14 days from getting the role. Until it is done every page shows a banner.
2. After 14 days your entries are held until it is done. Training, your account and every safety report are never held.

Set the rules and check cards

1. Safety, then Training and cards: Required by role sets what each role must hold. By default PMs, CMs, superintendents, trade leads, general foremen and foremen pass both checks and hold a verified OSHA 30 card.
2. Add someone to the roster for supervisors with no sign-in.
3. Check each card in 'Cards on file' and mark it verified or rejected.
