Safety control center
Safety comes first on this project. Every pre-task plan, permit, inspection, corrective action, incident, stop-work and toolbox talk is recorded here with who entered it. Anyone may stop work. Safety reports stay open to every field supervisor at all times.
No names or medical details. Record what happened, where and why. The injured person's name and any medical information stay in the confidential medical and HR records, never here. The PM, construction manager or superintendent confirms the classification against 29 CFR 1904.7.
